Delivery costs 

You will be given clear delivery options available to you at the checkout simply choose the option that best suits you.

Our shipping to Europe varies according to location.

Orders under 1kg start from £5

Orders over 1kg & up to 30kg start from £10

We ship via courier & have no control over when they will deliver the goods. You will need to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If you are not going to be at the address why not try shipping to a work address? Home Birth Supplies cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Home Birth Supplies shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Home Birth Supplies ship daily Monday - Friday

Orders received before 2.45pm (Mon – Thur) before 1pm Friday - will be shipped the same day in accordance to delivery option chosen

All orders received after these times will be shipped on the next working day - All deliveries will need a signature.

NB this means that any orders placed on Sat or Sun will be shipped on Monday according to the delivery option chosen

All orders are sent via next working day delivery using DPD. You will be sent conformation of dispatch via e-mail and your tracking number will be available as soon as the parcels have been collected from our warehouse. If you would like to see the tracking numbers please sign into your account/order to view.

FREE 1 HOUR TIME SLOT -DPD ONLY

If you provide us with your mobile number you will receive a SMS text message advising you of the estimated time of delivery – this one hour time slot allows you to continue with your day not having to wait all day for a courier who comes at 4pm as we all have in the past.

Force Majeure Home Birth Supplies shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
