If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a refund. 28 days for birth pools

Please note carriage is a direct cost and subsidised on express orders and not refundable - carriage costs are as follows

£5 in respect of orders under £50

£10 in respect of orders over £50

We advise all goods to be returned via a signed for method, Home birth supplies cannot be held responsible for goods not recieved

Faulty goods

All our goods carry the full manufacturers warranty. Once we or the manufacturer have established that the fault is indeed genuine we will refund or replace (according to manufacturers instructions) the cost of returning the goods to us will also be reimbursed if the goods are proved faulty. Non faulty goods will be accepted only in an unused condition. Please see non faulty returns
