Everything listed as in stock is in stock, we endevour to dispatch all orders received before 1pm that day, you should receive them within 24/48 hours. Excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order is for overseas the standard lead time is 3-5 days.

Absolutely - we will e-mail you with the tracking number and you can track at www.dpd.co.uk simply enter your tracking number. 

Our courier can give you an estimated time of delivery. If you give us your mobile number the courier will text you on the morning your parcel is out for delivery, giving you a 1 hour window they will delivery in. If this time is not convienient simply reply to the text choosing one of the other options (options are for a different days)

We are so confident in the birth pool in a box we do not offer any other pool. We have found the rigid pools available to hire are costly and inflexible. Heated pools are an unnecessary expense. The pool in a box is affordable; NCT approved and used in both the NHS & private hospitals. No other pool in our opinion gives this amount of re-assurance  

Yes of course! we are open 9.30-5pm Mon to Friday. Simply place your order on-line tell us in the note you would like to collect, if you put a rough time/day you would like to collect & we will have your order ready for you when you arrive at our reception.

We have offices with a showroom and a warehouse in the Royal Ordnance Depot, Weedon, Northamptonshire, NN7 4PS. 10 minuites from Junction 15 of the M1

We are open to the public 9.30 - 4-30 Mon to Friday

The depot have security on the gate so you will need to tell them you have an appointment to Home Birth Supplies.
