 The Help Desk is open 9.30-5pm Monday to Thursday 9.30 - 3.30 Friday. We are happy to answer any questions you may have (believe us when we say nothing surprises us) We are a small well trained team that is made up of both Mums & Dads with a variety of Home & Hospital births between us, so we believe we have looked at birth from a lot of different angles. We are not there to talk you into a Home birth we are merely there to answer any questions you may have about having a birth at home. What questions you may need to ask your midwife or consultant. What practical things you may need to consider when planning a water birth.  

We have a trained Doula working for us full time, with a number of contacts in the industry to be able to answer your every question or give you a pointer as to where to find the information you are after.

If you would like to view any of our products or have a one to one demonstration on any of our birthing pools - you are welcome to drop in our offices 9.30 - 1pm. If these times are not convenient you can make an appointment at other times but this allows us to plan our day effectively to be able to give the best service to ALL our customers.
