Home birth supplies are pleased to bring you this blend of oils that are super gentle yet extremely effective at softening the perineum.

 

To effectively massage the perineum – you will need to place pressure on it to help it stretch – this pressure whilst slightly uncomfortable will mimic the pressure of the babies head so is very important.  

 

Ingredients - Sweet Almond carrier oil blended with Wheatgrem and vitamin E oil for softening the perineum before labour
