It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The website is clear and easy to find the information needed. The instructions were really easy to follow, having everything easy to access being in the crate with the pool. Being a third time mum baby didn’t give us long to set up the pool and fill it. We just about made it full enough for the birth of our daughter. It was easy to tidy up after the birth with easy to follow instructions. Would highly recommend.

Ordering was easy, and we also bought some extras floor mats, bed pads etc which were huge and perfect to cover the couch/bed when you lay down for the golden hour. The pool itself inflated very quickly, but it can lose a bit of air between removing the pump and getting the stopper on so you have to move fast. Emptying and dismantling was easy and getting it sent back was easy too. The customer service was great. I ended up giving birth the day the pool was due ti be returned. I had contacted the company prior to see if we could keep the pool a bit longer, as I had an induction planned for that evening but was still holding out for the home birth I’d planned. They emailed back that it was no problem and extended the return by date, which was I was so thankful for, and it meant for me it was one less thing to worry about. I’d recommend this company and pool to anyone considering a home birth! And I’d recommend the home birth experience too ☺️

I hired a Mia Via Serenity pool along with a TENS machine and some other homebirth bits and bobs a few weeks ahead of my EDD. However, just a day or two before delivery was due I was told I'd need to supply a birth mirror. I contacted Homebirth Supplies who immediately came back to me confirming there was time to add the mirror before despatch. Top service- thanks!
