Charges

When you add products to your 'Shopping Basket' the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order, simply choose the option that best suits you. Shipping is from £4.95

We dispatch pool hires Monday - Thursday.
We do not generally dispatch hire pools on a Friday unless you select 'Saturday delivery' option at checkout.

NB - EU countries, You may be required to pay duty and or VAT. This is your responsibility. Refusal of the parcel will mean that these and any and all charges will be deducted form any potential refund.

We use DPD next day delivery service for all shipping unless you choose 2-3 day service
Cost is calculated at the checkout and depends on what is ordered. Prices start from £4.95

Carriers

We ship via a variety of 3rd party couriers including DPD and UPS and as such we have no control over when they will deliver the goods.

All deliveries must be signed for, therefore you will need to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If you are at work during the day we can ship it to your work address - just add it as the delivery address when you enter your details. Birth Supplies cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. Please ensure you keep the receipt enclosed with your order in case of any problems.

Force Majeure

Birth Supplies shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Birth Supplies shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
