Return My Hired Pool

Attach the UPS returns label to the top of your crate. If you have misplaced your label we can send a replacement at a cost of £5.00.

Check the returns list to ensure all items listed are in the crate.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RETURN A USED HOSE OR LINER 

Secure the crate with the cable ties provided.

Returns - Goods Hired

Hire goods are clased as a service and do not come under the standard distance selling act as they are not sold, they are hired.

Accepting the delivery means that you accept the hire terms and conditions below.

Cancellations

Should you cancel before the day your pool is dispatched then we refund in full, with no admin charges.

If you cancel before 12 noon on the day of dispatch we will refund in full minus £10 admin fee.
If your pool is dispatched - You will need to notify us and REFUSE your delivery when it arrives. When the pool comes back into us we will raise the refund minus the £25 courier charges.
If you take delivery of your pool -  Your hire has begun. No refund is available regardless of use.
We of course cannot guarantee you can use the pool that will be up to your Trust and your midwives. It is out of our hands. Please consider this when ordering. You do not need a pool to birth at home.

Please return your hire kit withing 48 hours of use for hygiene reasons.

Your pool hire and comfort pack hire will be sent out with a returns envelope containing a UPS label and instructions on how to return your pool to us. If you hired a TENS with your pool this MUST be returned in the crate with the pool. 

Your TENS hire (if you only have a TENS without a pool) will be sent out with an envelope and Royal Mail pre-paid label. Simply drop at your nearest Post Office. 


Returns - Goods purchased 

If you wish to return any purchased items please print off and complete the RETURNS FORM below and include it in your parcel. Failure to enclose the Returns Form with your parcel will mean we will be unable to process your refund. 

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund.

Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed once we have received and checked the goods. 

We accept returns up to 45 days on all orders with the following conditions:

Carriage is not refundable​
Open goods are non refundable
Goods outside the 45 days are non refundable

Please note that carriage is a direct cost and subsidised on some orders. Carriage costs are non refundable as follows -
£8.50 for orders Uk Mainland
(£15 for Highlands & Islands)

We advise all goods to be returned via a signed for method as Birth Supplies cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Faulty Goods
All our goods carry the full manufacturers warranty. Once we or the manufacturer have established the fault, we will refund or replace (according to manufacturers instructions). The cost of returning the goods to us will also be reimbursed if the goods are proved faulty.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by contacting us.

Orders received before 1pm will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service & we cannot be held responsible once the goods are with the courier.
