Reusable Gel Pack Large

Size 29cm long & 12 cm wide - perfect for mum's back

This handy Gel pack can be used either hot or cold making it ideal for relieving back pain during labour, or for aches and pains after delivery.

Also has many other uses:
Strains & sprains bumps & bruises headaches insect bites muscle aches swelling arthritic pain.

Hot Application

Microwave (600-800w) on high for 30 seconds if gel pack is room temperature. If gel pack is frozen heat for 1 minute.
1500w microwaves set to high need only 15 seconds.
DO NOT OVERHEAT warm gel packs only need 5 seconds in microwave to re-heat.

Hot Water: Bring water to the boil, remove from heat and immerse gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes check every minute until desired temperature has been reached.

Cold application

Store in freezer for a minimum of one hour.

CAUTION:
It is recommended that the gel pack be wrapped in a cloth before applying to skin for both hot and cold applications
