The Relaxer essential oil blend does exactly what it says! As well as helping ease the general aches and pains of pregnancy, soothe headaches, indigestion and fluid retention. It is also invaluable during birth as it will help soothe and relax both your mind and your body.
Ideal for use as an inhalant - use it in an oil burner, diffuser or in the bath. Must be diluted in a carrier oil before using on the skin.

The spritz bottle is invaluable during birth and throughout pregnancy. Keep yourself cool by mixing 1-2 drops essential oil per 50mls water and spray into the air, or simply use with plain water as a refreshing facial spray.
