Can not recommend enough, from the minute I received the phone call to the moment I sent everything back absolutely amazing. The equipment is practically brand new (if not actually brand new). There is NOTHING you might need that’s missing these guys have thought of absolutely everything and even though you can’t use a TENS machine in the water they even send you one of them! Unfortunately I didn’t end up having the pool birth but I still used the pool to relieve the pain prior to going to the hospital. Fantastic service!

I planned to have a home birth so hired the pool at 37weeks pregnant. The pool got delivered in a couple of days, it came with everything that was needed. The hire time is 6 weeks so there is no rush to get it back to them ASAP after you've given birth. I was lucky to use the pool and get the home birth I wanted. It was easy to clean, was easy to return the company arranged collection. They sent an email with a gentle reminded when the 6 weeks was nearly up and an email when they recieved it back. Great communication. Was such an easy process would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to home birth Thankyou for your great service

Great service, fast delivery of a TENS machine in time for 36 weeks - comes with a single set of electrodes and I had also purchased 2 spares. Good clear info leaflet and instructions included. More people should know about this!

I ordered the Elle Tens machine at 36 weeks. It came quickly and I was able to use it when my son was being born at 38 weeks. Easy instructions to use and easy to return which made life a lot easier after the birth. Would use again

Good company. Great idea to hire instead of buying. Quick to reply to my emails. Machine delivered on time. Machine with clear instructions. Easy to return, Company provide you postal bag and return label, they even provide you local drop-off places (using your postcode) to send the machine back. They contact you to let you know when it’s getting close to needing to send the machine back and they let you know once the machine has been returned. Affordable price for the length of time machine is hired for. Not to forget it does help relieve early labour pains and any backache. Definitely recommend like it was recommended to me.
