Very helpful and understanding when I struggled to get the TENS unit returned on time due to a very late baby and a difficult first week. Only issue was that I had to use my own batteries as the ones provided failed to power it. Otherwise, they provided an excellent service.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get round to using either as my labor and birth were quicker than I had imagined and my baby was born (safely) on the toilet! I would absolutely hire the same items from this company again for future births though as the customer service, delivery and returns were excellent. We did a trial run of setting up the pool and it was really easy to do. would definitely recommend this company.

I rented the cheapest pool (oasis elite) and a tens machine. This was my second time renting a tens machine and unlike my first this came with new pads making set up and use really easy. The inflation machine that comes with the pool inflated it within 5 minutes and the hose and tap utility was really easy to set up. Took about an hour to fill the pool and I enjoyed the tens machine during this time so I would recommend getting both. This was a crucial asset in my home birth and I couldn’t imagine not having a pool now. I did contemplate the bath but I’m so glad I got a pool. The crate comes with everything you could possibly need. I also requested an extension as I gave birth at 40+15. This was no trouble to request which I’m really thankful they in no way added to quite a stressful time. Sending it back was very straightforward. You are required to return it within 48 hours and we contacted UPS at 10:25 on the day it needed to be picked up and it was collected at 10:48. Perfect. Would really recommend 😄
