What can I say but WOW. This fit in to breastfeeding like a dream. Collecting all the what would have been wasted milk was exactly what I was needing. Not only is this great for collecting my let down on the opposite side but it’s also great as a manual pump too. It has boosted my supply and made my breastfeeding journey so easy. It has a lanyard for extra security incase it looses suction, a stopper and a cap too. The best part of all of this though is the fact it has a suction base! No more crying over spilt milk! I haven’t got a bad word to say about this milk collector as at no point of me reviewing I experienced anything but amazing. 10/10 a definite must for breastfeeding parents.

I hired the TENS machine and had such an amazing experience with it. It was easy to use and I got into a great rhythm with it. It helped me through right until I got in the pool. I have used a different TENS machine in the past and this one was light-years ahead! Hire and return was also so simple. Would recommend!

We left it rather late to organise hire but we received the pool and kit the following day when ordered which was amazing! Unfortunately circumstances changed and we didn't get a home birth to use the pool. Full kit and easy to follow instructions all included and customer service was very prompt and helpful throughout the hire process. Would recommend and would use again.

5 star services, ordered the MiaVia pool on a Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday. Instructions on the set up and return of the pool were clear and easy to follow. The pool itself was spacious and very comfortable.

Although I did not get to have a home birth due to personal circumstances, the customer service from Home Birth Supplies were amazing. We had to phone twice, once to check tracking and second time for pump fittings. Both times the help we received solved our issues. Most importantly the woman who helped us (unsure of her name) was lovely to speak to and quick to help. You can tell that the company genuinely care about their customers. If I were to plan for a home birth I'd absolutely use Home Birth Supplies again. Delivery of the pool was fast and returns are super flexible. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service! And queries or questions I had was resolved with a quick phone call. They email you with all the information you’ll need and everything is on time, clean and ready to use and the returns service is really good and easy to use. Unfortunately didn’t end up using the pool as the home birthing unit was understaffed on the day I went into labour but overall I’d highly recommend you pitching your home birthing equipment from home birth supplies.

The box is worth it’s weight in gold! I had the most amazing and memorable experience with the equipment I needed for only £25. Easy process to order and pay, box turned up when I turned 36 weeks, Instructions were so easy to follow, the kit is so good, everything in there needed. Everything you need in a box with clear instruction however please do check as soon as it’s delivered as the nozzles to inflate the pool had been missed and it was only by doing a dry run that I realised this.

I contacted the company as at 37 weeks I changed my mind to have a home birth because of Covid restrictions. They were super helpful and having made a booking the pool was with me by the next day (delivered on a Saturday not the Monday it could have been) which was amazing. Easy to set up and pack away and everything we needed was in the box. The hire of the Tens machine was also a god send. Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to use the pool as intended but only briefly got to test it out hence the 4 *. Sure it would have been great but maybe I’ll get to try it next time!! Definitely recommend for fantastic customer service.

10/10 for customers service, delivery and product. There is nothing to fault. I dealt with a lovely lady called Pam who reserved a pool for me over the phone as I was worried they would be out of stock and she was so friendly and helpful. The pool arrived within two days which was so quick. I called to arrange collection as we had moved house and it was no rouble at all. Again I spoke to Pam which was a nice friendly familiar voice and she sorted everything out for me no trouble at all. I would highly recommended this company and I would definitely use them again! Couldn’t be any happier with the service! We were in a rush today to order a birthing pool liner to arrive this weekend as I’m due Christmas Day and have lost my current liner!! Unfortunately we just missed the delivery time and with it being the Weekend before Christmas we wouldn’t get one from anywhere else on time! We spoke to the lovely lady who actually owned the company and she done an amazing thing for us! She personally took our package down to the local post office and posted it first class for us to receive it on time! A lot of companies would just tell you tough luck you missed the delivery time for that day and continued on but this lady literally went out of her way so we weren’t stranded! Because of her we can continue with our plan for our home birth and water birth! Would 100% recommend this company to anyone!
