Magnesium Sulphate 100g x 4 satchets

Epsom Salts are renowned for helping relax tired, stiff and aching muscles. They can help soothe the nerves and detoxify the body. During pregnancy, Epsom Salts can help relieve the itching caused by stretching skin as well as tired legs including twitces. Their anti-inflammatory properties can also help relieve hameorrhoids. After birth, a soak in a bath with added Epsom Salts is pure heaven.

Swollen and tired feet can be relieved by soaking feet in a bowl of warm water infused with Epsom Salts - to which you can also add essential oil if you so wish.

Each 100g sachet is suitable for one bath, saving you the bother of measuring out the perfect amount. 

To use, simply run a warm bath then empty the sachet contents into the water, mixing in until the salts have dissolved. If you wish you can add a few drops of essential oil to the sachet after opening before adding to the bath.

NB - Magnesium Sulphate is NOT to be consumed.
